Yes. Atlanta Chimney Doctor is a CSIA-Certified Chimney Sweep, a member of the National Chimney Sweep Guild (NCSG) and the Atlanta Better Business Bureau, and we work to NFPA 211 safety standards. We are licensed and fully insured, and all work is guaranteed.
Is the owner really on every job?
Yes. Owner Chuck Conner is personally present on all jobs to ensure the work is done right. He has served metro Atlanta for more than 30 years and answers customer questions himself.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Kennesaw and serve the greater Atlanta metro area — including Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Marietta, Alpharetta, Vinings, and Brookhaven. We are a service-area business, so we come to you.
How often should my chimney be inspected?
Industry guidance (NFPA 211) is to have your chimney and venting system inspected at least once a year, and cleaned as needed based on use. An annual inspection catches creosote buildup, cracks, and leaks before they become safety or repair problems.
